so then, comparing guitar hero to rocksmith: guitar hero is very addictive, mainly because i like that genre of music. but after a while of just playing it non stop for hours and hours on end it got to a point where i felt disgusted with myself. see picture 2. rocksmith actually teaches you guitar rather than pressing buttons super quickly. after a year of playing rocksmith i am an alright guitarist and with more practice i can get better. i played guitar hero for about 5 years. never again. i won. its over. guitar hero was made by harmonix, neversoft and published by activision. and went on for about 5 years from 2005. they released about fifteen different titles across different platforms ranging from mobile phones to arcade machines. it uses a special wireless controller in the shape of a guitar to play. its game play is very repetitive but thats fine, you can hear the same song over and over again.
